new caricature flyer

After Pinching pennies with all my black and white caricature flyer designs, I've finally done a color one.  Hopefully this will grab some eyes out there, but I'd love to get your feedback on it.

Is it a good image? How does it read? and most of all, do you have any better suggestions for the tag line at the top? I want something with "caricatures" and "your party" in it, but beyond that I'm open to suggestions.
